"Godfather Death" Cave Environment
My interpretation of the cave from Brother Grimm's fable "Godfather Death". A mystical place surrounded by candles that represent human lives. In the middle is a bed, bedside table and a candelabra on it. The dripping wax represents the fable's protagonist life, that was taken by Death for insubordination. In my mind, to keep its parental duties as a godfather, Death would provide at least a bed for a proper resting place.
